Administrator
Site Administrator (busy site office managing long-running refurbishment project in one of the City's largest office buildings)
- Location: London City - St Paul's (2 minutes from station)
- IMMEDIATE START: to start week commencing 29/04/24
- Position: Ongoing temporary position (project will run for minimum 1 year)
- Fully office based: Monday to Friday in office 8am-4pm
- About: Friendly office on site, with a busy team, looking for a strong administrator
- Rate: £16-17 per hour
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the site office.
- Assist with the organisation and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and Teams calls.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Administrator Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
