Our client is looking for an Administrator

Join Our Growing Team as an Administrator!

Are you passionate about supporting a company's growth by underpinning it with effective client administration?

You will be supporting campaign activities to underpin day to day operations.

Do you enjoy organising and keeping on top of workflows and activities to ensure that client work and tasks are completed?

If so, this might be the role for you.

Better still this is a part time role for 3-4 days/week with flexible working hours.

Job Type: Full Time

Location:

Hybrid role – Work from home and our office in Clevedon (optional, however, you need to be in easy commutable distance for face-to-face training and team meetings when required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Reports: Compile bespoke reports to meet individual client needs.
  • Campaign Administration: Brief team members and schedule email campaigns.
  • Prospect Research: Gather data lists by researching potential clients.
  • Social Media: Manage scheduling and LinkedIn activities.
  • Client Administration: Ensure effective onboarding, set up files, and gather necessary information.
  • Data Management: Input, organise, and analyse data, including identifying and removing irrelevant information.
  • Follow-Up: Create and send follow-up emails to maintain client engagement.
  • Data Compliance: Execute data compliance administration tasks.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of administration processes and marketing campaign execution.
  • Strong numerical ability and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Word and working knowledge of Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your day-to-day tasks.
  • Experience with various software, including bespoke systems (an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong client service focus and assertiveness in delivering weekly plans.
