Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, in their search for an Administrator to work in their leading facility in Llay.

For the successful Administrator, our client is offering:

  • Up to £24,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
  • Permanent  
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Company Pension, Growing Manufacturer

The role of Administrator:

  • Responsible for assisting the finance manager with accounts administration and ledger administration
  • Inputting invoices and purchase orders onto the SAGE system
  • Banking
  • Reconciliation
  • Timesheet compilation for temporary warehouse staffing
  • General service to HR and Staffing across the operations department
  • General Administration in the finance office whilst supporting the operations administration processes

What our client is looking for in an Administrator:

  • Excellent Administration Experience – ESSENTIAL
  • Exposure working for a manufacturing / industrial industry – ESSENTIAL
  • SAGE system knowledge – DESIREABLE
  • Any exposure working with finance / accounts – DESIRABLE
