Calling all Administrators!

Pertemps is seeking several Administrators to join a number of clients - from entry level to experienced. 

Administrator job details:
  • Salary: £22,348 plus 
  • Full time 
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5, 8-4, 10-6
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be organised, have excellent attention to detail, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
  • Provide administrative support 
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Key in important data into the system
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications needed for the Administrator:
  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
