Our client based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for an Administrator with strong Customer Service to join their team on a (temporary to permanent) or (permanent) basis. This is an opportunity to join a well established company with many opportunities to learn, develop and progress within the business.

Duties Include

  • Utilising the CRM system
  • Ensuring all data is up to date
  • Sending out documentation
  • Providing strong customer service
  • Answering queries via email and telephone
  • Maintaining strong communication with colleagues
  • Coordinating and Scheduling
