This professional services organisation is seeking an administrator to join their team. They're a great organisation who are growing and have a lot of opportunity to develop and grow with the business.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration support to the team. This includes handling incoming calls, responding and managing a busy inbox, using various systems including Xero and other softwares, setting up new clients, opening and closing files, reporting and other general office duties.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within office administration will help you succeed in this role. You are bright and personable and are a team player. You're proactive in your approach, you're hard-working and are a quick learner. You're PC literate and can pick up new systems and processes with ease.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. You will also receive a great benefits package, including holidays, flexible working including some working from home, free parking, pension, and more. The office is also close to public transport links.
