Job Title: Experienced Administrator
Salary: £22’000 per annum pro rata rising to £23’500 after completion of a 6 month probation
Hours: 21 hours per week, to be worked 9:10am – 4:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week (this includes a 20 minute break each day) this may be increased if required by the chosen candidate at a later date

Job:
To work as part of a team to provide administrative support to the Supported Banking Service, in a number of key areas, to ensure clients receive a first-class service and key service targets are met.
Responsibility for following strict financial and administrative processes and policies to ensure Client funds are safe, their information kept safe and confidential and that they get the highest level of service possible.
To operate, maintain and update key, bespoke, electronic systems including: client case management system, electronic diaries, electronic files, review information and scanned documents.
You will be responsible for ensuring service paperwork and client documents are accessible, meet financial and governance regulations, are sent/received in a timely manner, kept safe and confidential, uploaded and saved correctly and any actions acted on in a timely manner.
Assist with new client referrals ensuring paperwork is sent out, completed correctly, and sent onto the relevant place.
Scanning and electronic filing of timesheets, expense forms, bank
statements and any other client paperwork where needed.
To answer the phone and take enquiries.
To support the Staff team in the day to day running of the service.
Ensure appropriate procedures are in place to ensure maximum efficiency
of key processes both electronic and paper based.
Support effective monitoring and evaluation of service activities, outcomes
and evaluation of beneficiary experience.
During busy periods, making payments to individuals and organisations using the online banking platform.
To ensure confidentiality about clients and the organisations as a whole in
line with GDPR guidance and policies.
To undertake general administrative and clerical tasks including word
processing and email.
To ensure a safe, professional office environment at all times.
To work as a supportive member of the team.
To contribute to the company newsletter, website, social media
sites and volunteer bulletins.
To attend regular staff meetings, training and meetings with line manager.
To undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required.
