The purpose of this role is to support with general admin and customer support. This role would suit someone with customer support and service experience

Duties:

  • Ensure customers receive appropriate emotional and physical support.
  • Carry out any administrative duties.
  • Daily work with clients and professionals.
  • Plan and promote a varied and comprehensive programme of activities.
  • Be responsible for new activity ideas.
  • Produce advertising material.
  • Assist with content and creating a weekly newsletter.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the schemes social media accounts.
  • Be responsible for ordering and making purchases and completion of invoicing process.
  • Dealing with any issues.
  • Assist with all fire and safety tests and emergencies.
  • Attend training courses.
  • Assist with the new customer process and void when required.
  • Carry out health and safety checks and monitor any repairs required.
  • Carry out occasional cleaning.

Experience:

  • Good general level of education including English & Maths GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Experience of working in a customer support role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • The ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Organisational administrative skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to work the pattern of hours necessary for the service.
