An enthusiastic Administrator is required for a 3-month temporary position in Edinburgh (Craigmillar). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in Secretarial & Business Support.

Description

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Organise meetings and manage databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Coordinate office procedures and find ways to streamline processes.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
  • Resolve administrative problems.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Driving license (essential)
  • Experience within similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • An attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
