Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team in the Chingford area (E4). It is full-time, office-based role.

Starting salary: £24,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Your new role

They are looking for a committed and motivated person to provide administration support to one of their teams. Joining their team as an Administrator, you will be carrying out varied administration duties including:

  • Answering customer queries via telephone and email
  • Managing operatives’ diaries
  • Providing administration support and carrying out ad hoc project and administration duties
  • Liaising with their clients and contractors
  • Dealing with outgoing post
  • Data entry, management, and manipulation in their bespoke system Callsys as well as client portals and systems

The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience in administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Be a strong team player
  • Can do attitude
  • IT knowledge
