Role: Team Leader - Ministry of Justice
Location: Bradford - office working
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 5:00, 37 hours per week
Pay: £14.09ph

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for our client MOJ. This is a temporary position which is likely to be extended.

Training will be provided.

Overview of role:

  • Manage and plan the workload of a team which provides administrative support and excellent customer service to all stakeholders, judiciary and management.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring that its members are organised, and fully skilled to meet their work objectives.
  • To assist in the delivery of performance against targets.
  • Effectively deal with and resolve difficult situations.
  • Overseeing the Staff workload and ensure it is completed properly and allocated appropriately.
  • Help staff with any queries/problems.
  • Motivate and lead the team.
  • Assist and support management.
  • Manage civil and family work and hearings and magistrates' hearings.
  • Frequently be senior person on site.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Team Leader experience or experience effectively running your own team.
  • Able to use own initiative.
  • Able to work with limited support/guidance.
  • Confident on Microsoft packages (World/Outlook etc)
  • A good team player.
  • Confident speaking to a large group.
  • Confident communicating verbally/written.
  • Good telephone manner.
