Job Title: Administrator

Location: Maldon

Duration: approximately 8 weeks

Position Type: Temporary, Full-time

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication within the office.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an office/administrative role is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
