Search Consultancy are looking for an Administrator to join our client in the Higher Education industry on a temporary contract for 3 months initially. This role is office based in Glasgow city centre working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Pay rate for this role will be between £12.46 - £13.82 per hour depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities would include:

  • First point of contact for all staff, student and other visitors to the facility department
  • Keeping a record of visitors and implementing the student attendance system
  • Supporting with the on boarding of new students
  • Support with course enrolment
  • Manage your own diary and workload
  • Taking outbound and inbound calls for the department and dealing with any initial telephone queries regarding department facilities
  • Email inbox management
