Role:

My client are looking to recruit a Full Time or Part Time Support Administrator to join their busy and growing team. This is a Full Time or Part Time (a minimum of 3 days per week would be considered) office based role. This role would see you primarily offering support to their Payroll Services team.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Payroll Services Team with administration tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Inputting and updating records
  • Performing cross checks
  • Maintaining databases
  • General administrative duties
  • Providing cover for their administration/front office team when required

The Person:

They are looking for someone with administration/data entry experience to join their thriving team.

You will have strong digital filing, recordkeeping and organisational skills as well as effective time management and the ability to own and complete tasks.

You will have sound computer literacy including a good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel and a willingness to learn.

You must have a passion to support the team and a proactive nature with a willingness to work hard and a ‘can do’ attitude.

You will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and strong verbal and written communication skills.
