Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Location: Bilston, West Midlands
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Duration: Ongoing temporary position
Immediate Start
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a temporary role in the education sector? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Administrator to join the team based in Bilston, West Midlands.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the education setting
  • Assist in the organisation of schedules, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Handle correspondence and communications
  • Support staff and students as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration is essential
  • Up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance is mandatory due to working in a young adult setting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
