JOB TITLE: Administrator / Customer Service
LOCATION: Milton Keynes - Kingston
SALARY: £12.00
TERM: Temp - ongoing
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Office Angels Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service /Administrator to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate strong leadership and resolve any emerging queries that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:

  • Provide administration Support to the Service team
  • Process orders
  • Contact customers via telephone, email and Web Meetings regarding Quotations,
  • Chasing planners

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
