Job Title: Administrator - Branch Coordinator (Property Management)

Salary: £23,000

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Location: LS15 - Parking on site

A leading Property Management company in their industry, is seeking a Branch Coordinator to join their team in Leeds. As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of branch operations. You will be joining a small team, working alongside an Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the on-boarding process of new property guardians, including conducting interviews, carrying out background checks, and providing them with the necessary information and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
