Our client is an insurance advisory company. They are currently recruiting for a Administrator/Account Manager to join their hardworking and dedicated team in Hastings, East Sussex.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a similar position, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be computer literate. You will also possess an excellent telephone manner, ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload.

As a Administrator/Account Manager, you will deal with customer queries both over the phone and via email, undertaking general administration tasks such as filing and completing documentation and assisting other team members as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be computer literate including Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Have an excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work
  • Experience of Payroll would be an advantage but is not essential

Your duties as a Administrator/Account Manager would be:

  • Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and via email
  • Undertaking general administration tasks such as filing and completing documentation
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting other team members as required

Salary:

£24,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday - Friday
