Location : Rochdale

Salary : up to £24,000

We are currently working with a great company based in Rochdale - who specialise within the Logistics Industry . They have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an initial 9 months Contract

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Key Duties:

Reporting to Management Accountant - you will work across a range of Day to Day Accounting Duties - including:

  • Log / Process Supplier Invoices
  • Handle all Supplier Queries & Requirements
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable
  • Record Daily Cash Receipts from Customers
  • Management of Supplier Accounts
  • Liaise with Business both UK & Globally
  • Ad Hoc Admin Duties

Profile:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
  • Experience working in fast paced environment is needed
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Finance experience would be beneficial not essential
  • Solid IT Skills - including Excel
