Administrator - 9 Month Contract
Location : Rochdale
Salary : up to £24,000

We are currently working with a great company based in Rochdale - who specialise within the Logistics Industry . They have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an initial 9 months Contract
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Key Duties:
Reporting to Management Accountant - you will work across a range of Day to Day Accounting Duties - including:
- Log / Process Supplier Invoices
- Handle all Supplier Queries & Requirements
- Reconcile Accounts Payable
- Record Daily Cash Receipts from Customers
- Management of Supplier Accounts
- Liaise with Business both UK & Globally
- Ad Hoc Admin Duties
Profile:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
- Experience working in fast paced environment is needed
- Strong Communication skills
- Finance experience would be beneficial not essential
- Solid IT Skills - including Excel
