The administrator is responsible for providing administrative duties within the shipping department of a manufacturing business. The role will be a key contributor in supporting the export function of the business.

Description

  • Creating Delivery notes, invoices between plant locations and customer.
  • Tackling queries via email.
  • Updating SAP with key information.
  • Liaising with customer services and customers keeping them updated.
  • Liaising with the warehouse function on stock and stock analysis.
  • Undertaking all general administrative duties in the office.

Profile

  • Strong analytic skills
  • Experience using SAP (Not Essential)
  • Prior administration experience within the manufacturing industry (But not Essential)
  • Excel skills with ability to analyse data and make recommendations
  • Ability to multitask and successfully develop and execute plans in a dynamic environment.
  • Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
