Administrative Assistant

£35,000 - £40,000

Our client is a global consultancy firm looking to hire an Admin Assistant to join their team in London. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience with an established and reputable firm while learning from the best in the business and growing your career. They are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running supporting senior members of staff.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Administrative Assistant, you will ensure effective and efficient support is provided to C-suite level staff.
  • Diary management
  • Organise regular internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international – flights, hotels, itineraries etc.
  • Assist with the organisation of company-related functions and events
  • Work closely with the HR department, fellow PA’s and Managing Director
  • Organising car lease and chauffeur for the Principal
  • Acting as the first point of contact between staff and the Principal

WHO YOU ARE

The ideal candidate is someone who can easily develop positive working relationships with a variety of colleagues. You must be a hardworking, proactive and reliable employee.
  • Experience in a business support role is essential
  • Experience within professional services is preferred
  • Degree level educated
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Organised, able to multitask and use your initiative
  • Acute attention to detail
