Part time Administrator required!

Are you experienced within administration seeking part time hours – need flexibility?

Our client based in Norwich is seeking a part time administrator to join their growing team.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator to join their team

You will play a crucial role in supporting their eam.

Your responsibilities will include:

•  Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

•  With clients regarding order status, answering all incoming enquiries in the department .

•  Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.

• Assist the project team with administrative tasks,

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability of products and office supplies.

• Prepare and maintain CRM system

• Provide general administrative support to the department.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience within administration is required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
