Administration Co-Ordinator

£25,750 + Pension

This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly organised Administration Co-Ordinator to join a thriving local Company, you will be joining a busy office where time will fly and no two days will be the same.

Some of your duties will include:

- Ensuring the efficient management of administration systems in a busy office

- Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and transferring callers when appropriate

- Maintaining HR records, administering the recruitment of staff and recording holiday and sickness absences

- Purchasing stationary, office equipment and overseeing facility and maintenance issues

- Updating computerised database systems and ensuring information held is accurate and up to date

- Preparing a wide range of general documentation including correspondence, emails and reports
