Administration Assistant – Sevenoaks – up to £25,000

We're looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join this talented team at their innovative and highly successful consultancy based in Sevenoaks. You'll be working with their Bid Team assisting with the development of effective bids, contributing to the company’s continued growth and success in securing new business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team communication, including the inbox and diary.
  • Maintain a library of reusable content.
  • Handle content collation, typing, and formatting from various sources.
  • Use online portals for document management.
  • Create presentations for tender interviews.
  • Assist with other admin tasks and event organisation.
Requirements:
  • Prior office experience.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and ready to meet deadlines.
