Reed in Colchester are excited to be supporting our client seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between the Risk and Procurement departments, upholding compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Day to day of the role:
- Manage claims, maintain continuity plans, and oversee vehicle legalities within the Risk department
- Handle invoice processing, supplier and stock item management, and catering orders in the Procurement department
- Conduct reviews, update records, and support insurance renewals with a keen eye for detail
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, coordinating across different levels of the organisation and with external parties
- Organise and prioritise tasks efficiently to manage the diverse responsibilities of the role
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within Risk and/or Procurement
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
