Client:
Castlefield are working with an organisation who make a genuine contribution in the local area as they look to recruit an enthusiastic and personable Administration Assistant to join their team. The offices are easily accessible via public transport and parking is available.
The position is suitable for a candidate looking for a temporary contract on an initial 1 month contract however there is possibility of extension.
Duties will include:
- Effective communication with relevant departments regarding upcoming or existing projects
- Process relevant documentation
- Updating internal database of both staff and customer records
- The key purpose of this post is to resolve face to face, telephone, electronic, letter, text customer enquiries
- Taking a proactive approach to customer care, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will:
- Good customer service experience
- Have a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills on the phone
