Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a highly organised Administration Assistant with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel to work within our Marketing team to provide purchasing / fulfilment and marketing event support. Excellent MS Excel experience using complex formulas is essential to this role. Do you have experience of:

  • Logging and placing orders through suppliers using complex formulas within Excel
  • Raising invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and account managers
  • Supporting marketing events
  • Managing stock levels, working with third-party suppliers
  • Maintaining databases

Reporting to the Head of Channel, the successful candidate will:

  • Clothing - accurately log and place orders through suppliers, charging invoices, liaising with suppliers and account managers to approve artwork and additional costs, whilst always checking that funds are available before chargeable orders are placed.
  • POS/Merchandise - maintain the menus and offering support to Sales by ordering the relevant branded stock and charging funds where applicable. Maintaining stock levels: gaining quote from suppliers and getting approval on spend.
  • Signups and removals - from dealer updates emails send new dealer POS packs and clothing out as requested.
  • Love2Shop vouchers - place monthly, quarterly and adhoc orders whilst always updating the voucher order log.
  • Event admin - support the brand managers in organising their events. This can be sourcing a hotel to collating responses from attendees to ordering POS and Merchandise. All based on the brand managers requirements.
  • Gazebo schedule - Managing the hire of our branded Gazebos and liaising with our third-party storage facility as and where to ship and collect. Making charges to the relevant marketing funds.

About you

  • Excellent Excel experience is essential
  • Good eye for detail/deadline dates and the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks.
