Great opportunity for someone with a strong admin background.

This is a key role within the Corporate Support team for one of the region's most exciting, fastest growing businesses. Its main purpose is to offer administrative assistance to a busy department, including the following:

- preparation of documentation to facilitate new customer contracts

- uploading information from central data sources

- receiving, logging and amending customer records

· liaising with the finance team to ensure payments, receipts and queries are logged and handled appropriately

· preparation of reports using Excel

· offering general admin support to the Team Leader

· updating spreadsheets and other data sources

This role will suit someone with advanced MS Office, including Excel, and a bright, positive personality who likes to be busy.
