SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED - LANGLEY, SLOUGH

Location: Langley, Slough

Salary Range: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (office-based)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within our organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to office management, coordination, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:

    • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Assist senior management and department heads with administrative tasks.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  3. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate records and databases.
    • Process invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  4. Communication:

    • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
    • Draft and distribute internal communications.
    • Handle inquiries and resolve administrative issues.
  5. Project Coordination:

    • Support project teams by organizing meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.
  6. General Administration:

    • Handle filing, archiving, and document management.
    • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and leave management.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably at a senior level.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative work.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
