We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Administration Officer to join our client's dynamic Administration and HR team permanently. **Your Role**:
As an Administration Officer, your primary role will be to support the Administration team with a variety of general administrative and HR tasks. Your contribution will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
**Key Tasks Include**:
- Office Management: Handle incoming calls, manage mail, coordinate deliveries, and oversee visitor logistics.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings and assist in organizing company events.
- HR Administration: Process payroll, manage staff benefits, and support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Facility Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain office equipment and databases.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the effective administration of office operations, from managing incoming communications to maintaining a well-presented canteen area.
- Play a key role in HR functions, including payroll processing, staff benefits administration, and supporting recruitment and onboarding.
- Implement new procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and support the company's growth and culture.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in payroll processing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, numerical ability, and resilience under stress.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to undertake ad hoc duties as required. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in an HR and payroll administration role.
Please note this role is office based role Monday to Friday 8.30- 4.30 pm.
