A Multinational Energy Company based in Perth is seeking a Administrator/ Admin assistant to join their team on a contract basis for 3 months. (Extension highly likely)

We are looking for a temporary admin assistant that can help with tasks such as;
Diary management, organising meetings, travel booking, basic slide preparation, sending out communications, team invites and general admin support for the management team and the people development committee.

Experience & Skill set required:

  • At least 3 years Administration experience
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills and the ability to work to deadlines, dealing with changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Good IT skills: word, excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint (general O365)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Candidates who have worked for SSE previously and have the knowledge of the systems would be advantageous
