Job Title: Admin Assistant 11026
Location: Bromley
Duration: 12 months

My high-profile client are recruiting for an Admin Assistant. The role is a full time in the office initially and later reverts to a hybrid model, working normal office hours.

Role Responsibilities

As a member of the EMEA Post and Scanning Team your main responsibilities will involve:
* Managing the email inbox's for the team - Scanning, Archiving and Post and ensuring the 48 hour SLA is adhered to.
* Ensuring any escalations are referred to managers in a timely manner
* Learning all 3 processes with a view to streamlining / working more efficiently.
* Scanning the documentation received by the bank for account opening / amendments and closures onto the Bank's repository in an accurate and timely manner
* Archiving the documentation received in a timely and accurate manner.
* Managing multiple spread sheets

-Excel an advantage
