Join Our Team as an Admin and Business Support Officer!

Hexagon Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin and Business Support Officer to join our Workforce Team in Conwy County!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Social Care Workforce Learning & Development Team and other Social Care Managers.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Development Officers to arrange and maintain a variety of learning and development events.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, data entry, and report creation.
  • Maintain electronic data systems, validate data, and assist in data provision.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Social Care Managers and departmental link officers for Corporate Training functions.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Good standard of education (5 GCSEs or equivalent).
  • Strong tech and software skills.
  • Excellent organisation, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Details:

  • Location: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, Conwy.
  • Hours: 37 HPW, Monday – Friday.
  • Duration: 8-12 weeks with potential for extension.
