A global leader in the Management Consulting space is hiring into their Capital Projects and Real Estates practice - looking for Assistant Director and Director level candidates with experience across The Public and Private sectors.

Their CPRE team is the go to strategic advisor and delivery partner for complex real estate related business challenges, working across a range of corporate, financial services and public sector clients. For this role specifically, the incoming candidate(s) will focus across the breadth of private and public sector clients.

Examples of these engagements, that the incoming candidate(s) would be expected to lead are:

  • Preparation of procurement strategy for a high profile, multi-billion dollar facilities and workplace services transformation programme.
  • Designing and establishing a new target operating model, including the supply chain and service delivery models;
  • Supporting make or buy decision-making on facilities and workplace services.
  • Preparing robust business cases supported by detailed strategic sourcing and category plans, including in-depth analysis of potential service delivery models.

Regarding Assistant Director and Director candidates will be expected too:

  • Support the development and growth of the business by building and sustaining client relationships;
  • Develop business opportunities and managing client engagements, including managing diverse teams and promoting an inclusive team culture;
  • Bring Management Consulting expertise to your work and clients, including an understanding of the Public Sector and how it operates, managing associated stakeholder environments and business case and approval processes;
  • Take a lead on developing others in the team, across both technical and consulting skills; and
  • Collaborate in developing thought leadership and external eminence for the team.
  • P&L Leadership responsibility
  • Setting strategic hiring and client goals and making decisions impacting the team and wider business.
  • Executing the full Business Development and Sales Consulting Life cycle and originating revenue across the set client base.

The firm are based in Central London, with other locations across the UK and offer both flexible and hybrid working policies.
