Activities & Events Coordinator

Our client a London based non-profit organisation are seeking an Activities and Events Coordinator to be responsible for organising a wide range of activities and events for the residents to support their goals to independent living.

You will need to have a related qualification whether Academic or Vocational within Health and Social Care sector. You must have three years' experience in working with vulnerable groups linked with Activities and Events experience. The successful candidate will need to have a creative mind and be passionate about their work to promote and deliver a range of activities and workshops that will make a huge difference and positive impact to the residents and community.

General Duties:

  • Responsible for leading and organising industry-relevant events and activities
  • To build and maintain relationships with external agencies and key community group
  • To design, organise and deliver various workshops related to education, training and employment.
  • Develop and analyse event KPIs and gather qualitative feedback to measure the value and success of each event or activity
  • Undertake various marketing, advertising, and promoting activities
  • To build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders
  • To assist in organising company in-house events such as Christmas parties, social and team building events andother related events and activities
  • To create weekly/monthly/annual activities and events scheduling calendar
