Our London based Property Investment firm seeks an in-house Acquisitions Surveyor to be an integral part of a growing business.

This role would suit a focused and highly motivated individual with a good track record in property sales and acquisitions.

Key duties of the Acquisitions Surveyor will include the following: -

• Identification and acquisition of off and on-market opportunities
• Undertaking research
• Conducting site appraisals
• Due diligence to secure acquisitions through to legal completion
• Assessing value of property assets

Full UK driving licence essential - car provided.
