Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their well-established consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of global projects across four distinct areas including Consultancy, Monitoring, Research and Training as well as developing revolutionary new acoustic monitoring technology, eNView

Acoustic Consultant Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and/or the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control
  • Proficient with softwares such as; ODEON, INSUL Soundplan, CadnaA
  • Technical experience in both building and environmental Acoustics
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustics sector
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to support junior members of the team

Acoustic Consultant Duties:

  • Direct, hands-on involvement in the full timeline of projects from concept to commissioning
  • Effective project management
  • Manage junior members of the team
  • Deliver solutions in acoustics
