Jenson Fisher are delighted to have been engaged on a retained basis by our client, an innovative and established firm of chartered accountants with a strong network of offices across Fife, to recruit an Accounts Senior on a permanent, full time basis. The Accounts Senior role will suit a confident, competent and Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA or similar although consideration will be given to those Part Qualified or QBE) who possesses a strong background working in practice alongside a desire and passion to deliver a first class service to a diverse client base.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation of accounts for a portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
  • Truly manage your own portfolio of clients including attending face to face and virtual meetings.
  • Preparation of year end financial statements.
  • Preparation of corporate tax returns.
  • Preparation of VAT returns.
  • Lead and mentor trainees and accounts assistants within the firm.
  • Exposure to business advisory work alongside the Partners.
