The Accounts Semi Senior will be a crucial team member in our Accounting & Finance Department, providing essential support to our clients within the Professional Services industry based in Kent.

Client Details

Our client is a leading chartered accountancy practice based in Kent. They are renowned for their professional, results-driven approach, they are committed to providing exceptional service to their diverse portfolio of clients.

Description

  • Preparation of annual accounts for a variety of business entities.
  • Assisting in the completion of personal and corporate tax returns.
  • Providing bookkeeping services for a diverse client base.
  • Preparing VAT returns and management accounts.
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and provide advice.
  • Assisting in the training of junior staff members.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

Profile

A successful Accounts Semi Senior should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Qualified or part qualified across any of AAT, ATT, ACA, ACCA etc.
  • A year's experience within tax and/or accounts.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
