Accounts Semi Senior
  • Location: Wickford area

  • Experience: 3 years in Accountancy Practice
  • Qualifications: AAT Qualified or studying towards AAT Level 3 or higher

An outstanding Accountancy Practice in the Braintree area is seeking an experienced Accounts Semi Senior to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice and be AAT Qualified or studying towards AAT Level 3 or higher.

Day to day of the role:
  • Preparing client accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
  • Completing personal and corporate tax returns.
  • Handling VAT returns.
  • Preparing quarterly and monthly management accounts as required by clients.
  • Generating KPI reports and forecasts.
  • Occasionally processing payroll.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice.
  • AAT Level 3 or higher, or currently studying towards this qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
