Accounts Receivable | £27,500 based in Harrogate | Hybrid working 2 days at home
Axon Moore are proud to be working alongside a rapidly-growing organisation within the service sector as they look to recruit for a proactive and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their finance team.

Reporting into a supportive and engaging Credit Manager, key tasks include Raising Sales Invoices and Credit Control. Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and an eye for detail are essential.

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
  • Interested within a career with finance
  • Strong communication skills, you will need to be able to develop relationships, proactively chase debt and resolve queries.
  • Motivated and committed
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to demonstrate successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Have strong time management skills and will have excellent interpersonal skills

Key duties include:
  • Raising fixed fee invoices
  • Raising recharge invoices
  • Uploading invoices to client e-portals
  • Daily bank posting and reconciliations
  • Assist with the debtors report weekly
  • Allocate Receipts to invoices
  • Chasing outstanding invoices and resolving queries
  • Issue customer statements
