Accounts Receivable Administrator

Annual Salary: £25k - £30k

Reed Accountancy is exclusively representing a family-owned business with a strong family feel, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team. This role is integral to their operations, especially as they serve the unique Italian market. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and trustworthy.

This position the flexibility to work from home up to 7 days per month after an initial 6-month office-based period.

Day to day of the role:

• Initially office-based for the first 6 months, with the option to work from home up to 7 days per month thereafter.
• Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash receipts, and chasing small amounts.
• Handle administrative tasks
• Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and potentially assist with PA duties such as scheduling appointments.
• Engage with clients and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly with their Italian clientele.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Trustworthiness and a reserved nature. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Italian and any other European language is desirable but not essential
• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
• Local candidates are preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
