Accounts Receivable Assistant | London | £33,000 - £37,000 per annum | Hybrid | Global Consumer Brand

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a global consumer brand on a 12-month FTC. This role working for a globally renowned business has been created due to the growth the company has achieved. This is a hybrid role based in London, with expectations of 3 days in office.

Details of the role:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be an integral member in the Finance team managing the Accounts Receivable process. This role has the view to take ownership of your duties and to assist with the wider team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Posting and allocating receipts
  • Ownership of Accounts reconciliation and aged receivables
  • Monitoring debtor account balances
  • Raising recharge invoices
  • Responding promptly to client and internal enquiries

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the AR process. Experience working for a retail/fashion business is highly advantageous and knowledge of SAP is preferable. Softer skills required would include being proactive in nature with a pragmatic approach and the ability to build relationships with teams internationally.
