A fab opportunity working for a growing business - A new position has been created in the Accounts Receivable team working alongside the already significant finance team.

  • You'll be generating and processing invoices
  • Ensuring accuracy, completion and compliance
  • Verifying pricing and terms of business
  • Liaising with clients to attain purchase orders where required
  • Working with the in-house account managers to ensure draft invoices are approved and sent
  • Maintain correct invoicing data for customers
  • Reporting on: Materials, costs on open jobs, quotes, sales invoices and running the end to end financial process.

You'll need to bring:

  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience
  • Great customer relationship management
  • End to end process experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Sage Line 50

You will need a car as they have beautiful offices but no public transport goes there!
