Reed Accountancy and Finance Cambridge is looking for a part-time Accounts Receivables Administrator on a temporary basis for 4-5 months starting immediately to manage the sales and banking information. This part-time position is based in Newmarket and offers 27.5 hours per week. Pay rate: £12 – £14 per hour

Hours: Part-time(27.5)

Job type: Temporary 4-5 months

Main responsibilities: 

  • Process sales invoices
  • Handle and raise credit notes
  • Accounts receivables reconciliations
  • Update sales spreadsheet using Excel
  • Conduct customer credit checks
  • Ensure overdue invoices are paid timeously
  • Respond to financial enquiries
  • Support the team with ad hoc task as necessary

We are looking for someone with previous experience in accounts and finance as well as Excel knowledge. Previous experience in Sage and Xero is desired but not necessary. If this sounds like the right role for you. Apply today! All applications will be considered.
