Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role where accuracy is paramount? We're seeking a talented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our dynamic team!

Based in Crick, this position offers an exciting opportunity to manage our purchase ledger with precision and efficiency. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and processing invoices in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing supplier queries and building positive relationships
  • Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger role ideally using Navision, but not necessary
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
