This Account's Payable position is a key component within the finance team of my leading FMCG client.

Description

  • Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • 5 day requirment, on-site, in Maidenhead
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
  • Process business expense returns
  • Cashbook and petty cash cheques

Profile

A successful Account's Payable should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal teams
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to process large scale of invoices.
