Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, matching, and coding.

* Ensure accuracy in vendor payments, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.

* Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.

* Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support to the finance team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in management accounts or accounts payable is required.

* Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse financial data.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
