Description

• Manage the complete accounts payable process
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports
• Pay vendors by scheduling and preparing checks
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
• Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidential

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• A background in Accounting & Finance
• A strong understanding of accounts payable practices
• Excellent numerical skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
